If you can no longer travel, you can change* or cancel your ticket without any fee.

Your request will be accepted only if the reason is related to COVID-19 (positive test for COVID-19, confinement of the country of residence, confinement of the French Polynesia, closure of transit stops…). Otherwise, the fare conditions relating to your ticket will apply.

*No change fee, with fare realigment if necessary, within the limit of ticket and fare validity.
