Multi-party payment (pay with several people)
Make a separate online payment for your family or friends' travels by choosing the multi-party payment, with no additional fees.
In this way, each passenger can pay a part of the reservation.
Did you know?
Even if you’re not traveling, you can still make a reservation for others and split the payment. For example, if you want to book for your loved ones and split the payment with other family
members, it is possible!
How to use shared payment?
- Book your ticket at least 3 days before your departure date for a minimum amount of 30 000 XPF .
- Select the "Multi-party payment" option.
- Enter the email addresses of your travel companions.
- Complete the full payment within 24 hours of your reservation using your Visa or MasterCard.
The total amount of the reservation will automatically be split equally among the email addresses provided. However, the amounts can be manually adjusted.
The reservation will be confirmed once all payments have been completed.

Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
No, this option is only available on the Air Tahiti website. It is not available through Air Tahiti agencies or remote sales services.
“SKYLR” will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement instead of “Air Tahiti”.
This payment option is only available during the initial reservation on the Air Tahiti website.
If you choose to book now and pay later, this option won’t be available via the "Manage My Booking" section.
Your card will be charged once all participants have entered their payment details and confirmed the payment.
Only the person who made the reservation will receive a confirmation email once all payments are confirmed, along with the electronic ticket(s).
You can request a refund via the Air Tahiti website, at one of our sales points, by phone, or via email at reservation@airtahiti.pf.
Please allow approximately 5 business days to process your refund request.
In the case of a group of people using multi-party payment (pay with several people), if one of the travelers decides to cancel his or her trip and requests for a refund for the flight ticket, the refunded amount will be credited to the credit cards used, in propotion to the amount paid by each person, after deduction of Air Tahiti’s refund fees. The person requesting the refund will have to deal with the other participants to obtain the total amount of the refund. Indeed, the system is not able to make the link between the traveler who cancels and his/her credit card.
Example :
A group of three friends (Passenger 1, Passenger 2 and Passenger 3) book flight tickets together and use the multi-party payment. The total amount to pay is 50 000 F. The three friends divide the payment as follow :

Finally, Passenger 2 decides to cancel his/her trip and requests a refund for his/her flight ticket. After deduction of Air Tahiti's refund costs, the refund amounts to 12 000 F.
The system proceeds with the refund, distributing the sum among the cards used in propotion to the payments made as follow :

Passenger 2 should request Passenger 1 and Passenger 3 to transfer the 2 000 F and 6 500 F in order to recover the total refund amount of 12 000 F.
