Making a cargo booking with Air Tahiti

How to book?
 

You can make your cargo booking by telephone, at the departure airport concerned. View the telephone numbers for:

The booking will be made as "Premium Cargo". You can book the transport of your goods up to three days prior to the intended dispatch date. However, depending on the time of year and destination, you are advised to make your booking as early as possible.

Shipments as "Standard Cargo" are not subject to reservation. Please check-in your goods directly to the registration counter of your freight airport.

You will be issued with a booking number and a deadline (date and time) for payment of your booking. After that date, your booking will be cancelled automatically.

 

What happens if I don't present my goods at check-in?


If you make a cargo booking and fail to check in your goods for the flight on which they are booked, you may have done another customer out of a space on that flight. If you are unable to check in your goods for the flight on which they are booked, please let us know no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, to avoid being charged a no-show fee of 30% of the cargo rate.

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the flight, you will be charged a fee of:

  • 10% of the cargo rate for cancellations made between 24 hours and 3 hours before departure
  • 20% of the cargo rate for cancellations made less than 3 hours before departure
