  General Terms and Conditions of the “Premium Satisfaction Survey Air Tahiti 2025”

PREAMBLE
The company AIR TAHITI, a public limited company with headquarters at Tahiti-Faa’a airport, registered with the Papeete RCS under number TPI 58 1 B and listed in the Business Directory under number TAHITI 023598, is organizing a satisfaction survey in the form of an online questionnaire as part of a statistical study to assess passenger satisfaction levels between April 2 and August 3, 2025.

ARTICLE 1 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The satisfaction survey will take place from April 2 to August 3, 2025. Participation is free and without purchase obligation.


The survey is open to anyone who meets all of the following conditions:
•    Is a natural person and of legal age;
•    Has internet access and a valid personal email address;
•    Has traveled on Air Tahiti routes during the specified period;
•    Has booked a Premium fare ticket 
•    Received the Premium service.


To ensure compliance with these rules, Air Tahiti reserves the right to verify participants’ identity and residence. Any false, fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate identity or address will result in disqualification.


ARTICLE 2 - PARTICIPATION PRINCIPLES AND METHODS
From May 19 to August 10, a satisfaction questionnaire will be emailed to individuals who traveled with Air Tahiti between April 2 and August 3, to or from the islands served by Air Tahiti, with a Premium fare ticket.
Only one email will be sent to the address provided in the booking, regardless of the number of passengers.
Travelers must complete and submit the questionnaire online. Participation implies that the participant has read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these terms. The rules are also available on www.airtahiti.pf.
Participants must provide truthful information. Air Tahiti is not responsible for invalid email addresses or identity fraud. Participation is exclusively online; any paper or alternative submission will be rejected.
Starting May 19, 2025, emails will be sent to qualifying travelers. Each week (week N), an email will be sent to travelers from the previous week (week N-1). The final email will be sent no later than August 10 for trips up to August 3, 2025.
Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.


ARTICLE 3 - CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Air Tahiti may modify, shorten, extend, or cancel the survey if necessary and cannot be held liable. Any changes will be announced on www.airtahiti.pf.


ARTICLE 4 – FRAUD
Air Tahiti may cancel any participation in case of fraud, including computer fraud. Fraudulent responses may be excluded from the analysis, and legal action may be taken.


ARTICLE 5 – DISPUTES
Any complaints must be submitted in writing to service.clients@airtahiti.pf.
Air Tahiti will decide on any matter relating to these terms, in compliance with the law. In case of unresolved disputes, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Papeete. Complaints are not accepted more than one month after the survey ends.


ARTICLE 6 – PERSONAL DATA
According to French data protection law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, and GDPR:
Participants are informed that all requested data is mandatory and necessary for the survey.
Data collected is strictly for the survey. Any other use requires explicit consent. By participating, individuals agree to these terms and the data collection. Data will be deleted within three months of the survey's end unless otherwise agreed.
Participants are informed they have the following GDPR rights:
•    Access;
•    Rectification;
•    Deletion;
•    Limitation;
•    Portability.
Requests or questions can be sent to service.clients@airtahiti.pf. Complaints may be addressed to the CNIL at www.cnil.fr or by post.
Note: Any deletion request during the survey may lead to disqualification.
If the participant opts in to receive Air Tahiti’s Newsletter, data may be used for surveys, analysis, or marketing purposes by Air Tahiti or its partners.


ARTICLE 7 – RULE DEPOSIT
These terms do not require validation by a bailiff.
Participants accept these rules in full. A copy can be requested from Air Tahiti or found at www.airtahiti.pf.
