«I wanted to thank the young woman who called us after our flight was canceled on the first day of the strike, April 10—the day we were supposed to leave for the Marquesas! She was efficient and charming, and you could tell she was happy to help us! That’s rare! As a former customer service manager for ground staff in France and sales team leader, I can tell you that you could really sense her joy in serving us, and frankly, I commend her. She got it exactly right! The joy of making others happy brings great satisfaction to an employee and builds customer loyalty, even during difficult times like this!
