As part of our air transport operations, we may, under certain circumstances, collect and process personal data about you.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, we are committed to ensuring the confidentiality, security, and transparency of your information.

As a passenger or user of our services, you have rights regarding the personal data you provide: the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict processing, data portability, or withdraw your consent, depending on the situation.

This form is made available to allow you to submit a request to exercise any of these rights.

To help ensure the security and confidentiality of your data, we may ask you to provide proof of identity.

We will process your request as quickly as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of one month, as required by applicable regulations.
