Travel agent discount requests 

Travel agent discount requests are handled if they are submitted up between 90 to 10 days prior to the departure date. Before this time, we are not in a position to predict flight availability and are therefore unable to give you any kind of discount.

Discounted fare bookings for travel agents are made by Air Tahiti in a specific booking class, so please do not make the flight booking yourself.
 
Please send us the following documents, either by email at reservation@airtahiti.pf or via the Contact us section:

Copy of your IATA travel agent ID card or the list of ARC agency employees (for US agencies)
Request letter on headed notepaper from the agency management, stating the position held by the agent and the agency's IATA or ARC number
The following information:
Names of those travelling (travel agent and spouse)
Contact telephone numbers or name of accommodation on each island
International flight numbers and dates of arrival/departure in French Polynesia. If a booking in your name has already been made by Air Tahiti, please provide the booking number.

No discount will be awarded if a booking has already been made.

Please refer to MyIdTravel to check if Air Tahiti and your airline have an agreement.

Please present yourself at the airport with your ticket and identification. The check-in desks open two hours before scheduled takeoff. Acceptance on the flight is on a space-available basis.
