Passengers who require assistance

Air Tahiti wants your journey to be as enjoyable as possible. To enable us to cater for any specific requirements, please tell us when making your booking how we can help you.

In this section, you will find all the important information you need for a stress-free trip.

If you have a history of medical problems, suffer from a chronic illness, have recently been hospitalised, are ill or if you are expecting a baby, seek your doctor's advice before you fly and take all the necessary precautions to ensure you have a smooth journey.

If you are unable to carry out certain tasks by yourself, such as fastening your seatbelt, eating, drinking, etc., we recommend, for your own comfort and safety, that you travel accompanied.

Do not hesitate to inform our booking agents and check-in attendants of the nature of your medical condition or your specific needs. That way, they will be able to make provision for special assistance for you when boarding/disembarking.

Make sure you carry with you your medication or any other item connected with your health, such as glasses, contact lenses, etc.

For your own well-being, all our flights are non-smoking.

We hope you enjoy flying with us.
